I can’t even begin to tell you how excited I am that it’s Friday. Yes, I had a short week but I don’t care. I’m jumping in the air for Friday.
Linking up on this chilly morning with Erika, Narci & Andrea to share some of my favorites from the week with you!
On Tuesday, I told ya’ll about {these tops}I got at American Eagle over the weekend. I can’t tell you enough girls, they are sooooo comfy. Hence, why I bought two of them!

Love them!

I also told you about some of my favorite pins this week during the Show & Tell linkup. But here are a couple more:

Parmesian Crusted Pork Chops

I came across this pin a few weeks ago, but Danny’s grandmother and I have been trying to find a decent pork chop recipe and I thought this would be a good one to try. They are originally from Julie’s Eats & Treats but the recipe I used was adapted from Lil’ Luna
I changed up the recipe a little though. My pork chops were the thick cut ones so I wanted to make sure they didn’t dry out. I marinated them in Lowry’s Herb & Garlic marinade for 30 minutes before breading them. I also didn’t sear them in a pan first mainly because I was in a hurry, but I definitely would suggest doing this. The bottoms of the pork chops were crispy but not the top.
Either way they were a hit and I highly suggest trying them!
One more pin for good measure
Exactly how I try to live my life. Negative thinking isn’t going to make your goals a reality. Take that into your weekend with ya.
Look, yesterday was dubbed “National Wine Drinking Day” but that kind of confuses me because isn’t that every day?
Emily Gilmore is my spirit animal.

I don’t have a specifically busy weekend but here are a few things I am up to:

| Picking out a paint color for the living room/hall leading upstairs. We have narrowed it down to a deep greyish blue for the living room and I’d like to do a greige for the hall leading upstairs. We found out yesterday our couch isn’t being delivered for another week and a half! Ugh but that gives us plenty of time to get the painting done in the meantime.
| Blogging brainstorming. What kind of posts would you like to see on here? I have a home tour, and a little get to know me post in the works but let me know what you’re interested in seeing!
| Chili cook-off on Sunday at our local bar. Really excited because I’m entering this year! Mmm.
Happy weekending! See ya back on Monday!
